形態特徵

• Plants 40-60 cm tall. Tuberoids elongate ellipsoid, 2-6 cm long, 1-2 cm thick. Stem straight, 20-40 cm long, ca. 6 mm thick, enclosed by several tubular sheaths, with 6-9 leaves clustered on upper part.
• Leaves oblong or oblanceolate, 8-16 cm long, 3-4 cm wide, apex acute or acuminate, base cuneate, entire but margins often crisped.
• Peduncle 10-15 cm long, few-scale; rachis 10-15 cm long, densely flowered; bracts lanceolate, 15-20 mm long, acuminate; pedicel and ovary 10-15 mm long, glabrous. Flowers green, ca. 2 cm across; dorsal sepal concave, ovate-lanceolate, 8-10 mm long, 3-4 mm wide, caudate-acuminate, slightly keeled abaxially; lateral sepals obliquely ovate, 10-12 mm long, 4 mm wide, apex long caudate; petals linear, 7-12 mm long, 1-1.5 mm wide, apex acuminate, base with an auricle on one side; lip 3-partite from base, segments filiform, 8-10 mm long, divaricate at ca. 30 degrees, spur cylindrical, 10-13 mm long, 1 mm in diam.; column ca. 3 mm long, with large irregularly shaped auricles on both sides near base; anther cells parallel apically, slightly divergent below, base protruding and recurved upward; pollinia oblong, 1 mm long, with slender caudicle 1.5 mm long, attached to rounded viscidium; stigmaphore short spatulate; rostellum narrowly triangular, with slender lateral arms shorter than stigmaphore.
• Capsules ellipsoid, 15 mm long, with slender pedicel ca. 10 mm long.

分布

• 台灣 : broadleaved forests at low elevations.
• 世界 : From the Himalaya, India, Thailand and Vietnam to the Philippines and the Ryukyus.
